BE CONGRUENT

Congruence refers to the harmony between identity, action, and outcome, driven by proper exposure, clear education, and consistent execution. Have you ever questioned why success in the same field seems to evade some people while others attract it like a magnet? This is due to their congruence.

Many people are often focused on having, which leads to a mediocre effort in doing, ultimately resulting in failure because there was never a genuine conviction to be the person capable of achieving the desired result. You must first be in order to do, and you must do in order to have. If any of these areas are misaligned, congruence will not be achieved.

I want to focus a bit on the internal aspects of the human "being," which will eventually lead to you becoming a human doing and having. Reflecting on my own journey with "being," I realized that exposure is crucial for embracing your true self. At one point, my professional ambition was to become a forklift operator. This was the height of my aspirations because it was all I had been exposed to at the time. Despite having technical skills, I was unaware of them due to my lack of exposure to technology. This highlights an important point: many people believe they lack ability, but often, they simply lack awareness (exposure).

When I first realized the brilliance I already had, it was a turning point. A crucial part of this realization is having a mentor. This person isn't the source of light but helps guide it to highlight the talents and gifts you’ve always had. Mentors offer not only advice on what to do but also share the invaluable lessons of what not to do based on their experiences. You are drawn to them because you recognize something in them that resonates with you—like attracts like. To make the most of your mentor, don't just admire them; instead, emulate their systems and processes, as these are what led to their success.

As I conclude this post, a very important step on your journey congruence is exposure and a mentor is a key piece in assisting you in accessing the exposure required to maximize and optimized who you are. Be congruent!
