The Mastery Lab (The Psychology of an Adjutant: A Servant’s Strategy) is designed to equip adjutants/amour bearers, ministry support and administrators with the mindset and strategies needed to serve effectively in excellence. Participants will gain insight into the pressures that exists with proximity to power, the discipline of anticipating needs, and the ability to execute with excellence. The Mastery Lab unpacks the inner workings of an adjutant’s service—how to think, respond, and execute with precision with real life case studies—while cultivating the heart of a true servant-leader.
